I got these neoprene gaiters in 1990 but never used them so they're new. One size fits all adults. They have zippers and velcro straps.
A small upstart company made them and they were very unique at the time so I doubt there are more than a few in existence today. They stand out.
Gaiters are designed to seal off any gaps between your footwear, such as boots, and pants or legs.
While usually used by skiers and snowboarders as a shield against snow, gaiters can be used during dry months to keep gravel, dirt, and other material out of your footwear. They could possibly be used as protection from snake bites.
