Lead Prospector – Insurance Agency (No Experience or License Required)
We’re looking for a motivated Lead Prospector to join our insurance agency team.
What you’ll do:
Simply make warm introductions to potential clients who may need a home, auto, or business insurance quote. That’s it. You will not quote, sell, or handle paperwork. Once you introduce someone, our licensed team takes over and does the rest.
Who we’re looking for:
Self-motivated and reliable
No insurance license or prior experience needed
Someone who knows a lot of people or has a large network (family, friends, or social circle is a big plus)
Compensation:
You earn 15% commission on all premium collected after the policy closes.
The average premium on a homeowners and auto policy bundle is $3,000, so 15% equals $450 per closed policy. Unlimited earning potential based on how many quality introductions you make.
