We are a small but growing company that strives to give the best possible service when servicing your home insulation needs. As brothers both with a combined 25 years experience in insulation services there isn't much they haven't seen or done so you are getting very experienced guys who care to take care of your home insulation needs. They take time and care in each house and restore your crawl and attic spaces to better then when they were new and don't leave any stone unturned. We have a home base in Tacoma and Portland which allows us to service these areas pretty efficiently.

We do all sorts of applications of insulation but today we are advertising for crawl space and attic restoration services. Things you can count on with our company:

*Dispose of all debris. This includes everything from old construction debris to dead animals and anything left behind from them. We do not leave dead animals in your crawl space, believe it or not a lot of companies or handy-man type people will not remove these things from your crawl so better you hire someone who knows what they're doing and has done all these things listed above before. Normally don't charge extra for rats or mice but may charge more for other/larger animals from crawl or attic. Luckily that is not very common but we will be transparent with you during the whole job.

*We vacuum up and remove all droppings from all animals and spray disinfectant throughout crawl space before we install vapor barrier and insulation. We spray wood members very well and spray the ground to help get smell out. Then we spray again after everything is installed.

*We lay 6 mil black plastic but also can lay down thicker vapor barriers up to 20 mil black plastic. We also do crawl space encapsulations as well as sump pumps and drainage solutions.

*We take photos and videos of before and after and show customers videos and photos of the process. We also look for other issues such as electrical or structural problems and will inform home owner or those issues.

We have done hundreds and hundreds of crawl spaces and attic restorations we have seen a lot of things over the years and have solutions for all those issues we have seen. Also, we use drop cloths to cover your home to protect your valuable investment. Can also use a hepa filters and do room containments for an extra charge. (extra work)
