These are cement manhole risers. I have only a 6'' and a 2'' riser left. So you could get an 8'' tall fire pit. I built one for my yard and added a section of a 55 gallon drum in the center. It has holes on the sides at the bottom for air to be drawn in. Since the barrel has a 1" gap all around it, that means the air will be drawn down between the concrete rings and the barrel. That'll keep the fire from slowly degrading the concrete. The little tabs sticking up are for weeny sticks. The rings are 35'' overall with a 25'' center hole. These are extremely heavy so You'll probably want to transport with a truck and not a car. I'll load them with my forklift. $50 for a set of concrete pieces similar to the picture, and if you want me to make a section of barrel like in the picture add $30.
