The property is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and major roads, with easy access to Gresham, Fairview, and East Portland.
Rent is $900 all bills included per month. The room to be available in early September. The exact date will is flexible, but I’m looking for someone who can move in September.
ABOUT THE HOME
I’m moving in with very little furniture, so furniture for the shared living spaces is welcome. I’m a minimalist and a clutter-free person, so I’d like to create a comfortable, functional home that remains clean, organized, and uncluttered.
ABOUT ME
I’m a married professional in my early 50s who recently relocated from Texas for a vice principal position at a local school and to be closer to my two adult children in the Portland area. My wife and younger children remain in Texas while we work through selling our home and completing the transition.
I’m an introvert and generally quiet and keep to myself at home. I’m friendly and enjoy a good conversation, but I also respect privacy, personal space, and quiet time. I live a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoy fitness, yoga, movies, and spending time with family.
I also have Tess, my quiet, house-trained, eight-year-old Border Collie mix. She weighs approximately 25 pounds and generally keeps to herself. Because Tess is not comfortable living with other dogs, this will need to be a no-additional-pets household.

I’m looking for a like-minded roommate who is:
