Upgrades include: heavy duty axles, Roof AC unit, Alure flooring in main galley, LED light fixtures, shore power electrical rear and front access, inverter, battery disconnect, sky light/vent covers, and newer tires.

Double door refrigerator (electric/gas), newer microwave, Queen walk-around bed w/storage. Lots of closet/drawer storage throughout. Mounted Insignia TV w/built-in CD player. Horizontal miniblinds throughout.

Includes water line hoses and sewer line hoses/connections and RV supplies. Two spare tires, one mounted on rim. Hitch mounted storage basket in rear, also 5th wheel hitch attachment (for truck with secure rails already installed. ) Tripod stand.

Must see to appreciate.

Needs right fender installed. Also kitchen roof fan needs replacement if desired.
