Retaining Wall & Fence Installers – 1099 Contract (2 Positions)

We're looking for two experienced, dependable installers to build segmental retaining walls and fences on residential and commercial projects. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paying $30/hour plus weekly production bonuses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build segmental block retaining walls: excavation, base prep, compaction, leveling, drainage, and backfill
- Install fencing: layout, post setting, and panel/rail installation
- Operate skid steers and excavators for digging, grading, and moving material
- Compact base and backfill using a jumping jack compactor
- Cut and fit wall block using saws and hand tools for corners, curves, steps, and caps
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven retaining wall experience preferred
- Skilled operation of skid steers, excavators, jumping jack compactors, and block-cutting tools
- Valid tax identification number (SSN, ITIN, or EIN) – W-9 required before starting
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greeley / Weld County area
- Highly dependable – you show up on time, every time, and see the job through
- Able to do physically demanding outdoor work in Colorado weather
PAY
- $30 per hour, based on experience
- Weekly production bonuses based on footage completed
- Paid weekly
- MUST START 11/3/2026, Long term contract
