I am looking for a new place to call home here in Santa Cruz, move in by November 1st. Budget is up to $3,000, for an ideal tenant who is quiet, respectful, single woman with no pets.
Here's my ideal:
- one or two bedroom apartment or ADU unit or cottage in Santa Cruz
- east side location preferred (Seabright, Live Oak, Pleasure Point...but open to all options!)
- full kitchen
- full bath with tub
- outdoor space and storage space
About your lovely future new tenant:
- rental is for me, single tenant, female in late 40s, work from home
- quiet, respectful, clean, non drinking non party person
- no pets
- good credit/income/SC rental history
- annual lease or month to month, move in date flexible by 11/1
