SERVERS:
~ Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant (1 year of experience preferred)
~ Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
~ Excellent communication and guest relation skills
~ Ability to provide attentive and personalized service
~ Professional appearance and polished demeanor
~ Knowledge of menu ingredients and the ability to make recommendations
HOSTESSES:
~ Previous upscale restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
~ Warm, professional, and welcoming personality
~ Experienced managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
~ Strong organizational and communication skills
~ Professional presentation and attention to detail
~ Ability to create an exceptional first impression for every guest
