FIELD INSTALLER – $375-$500+ DAY – 600+ LOCATIONS – SUNDAY TRAINING / MONDAY START – GRAY / PORTLAND
compensation: $15 per completed and approved installation; paid weekly by direct deposit. Productive installers can typically earn $2,400-$2,900+ per week. Large completion bonus available and discussed during training.
Field Forge Group deploys IoT monitoring equipment for national clients. We have an ACTIVE Southern Maine / New England field deployment ready to assign and need ONE reliable independent field installer who can train SUNDAY and begin the route MONDAY.
THIS IS ACTIVE, ROUTED WORK — NOT A WAITLIST.
The current Southern Maine territory contains approximately 625 customer locations, with additional IoT deployment work expected to follow.
We are looking for someone with OPEN AVAILABILITY who can make this project a priority for approximately the next 3–4 weeks.
You receive a mapped list of customer locations and work stop-to-stop performing a simple IoT equipment installation. Once trained, the physical installation generally takes under five minutes.
The installers who make the most money are the ones who can commit to full field days, move efficiently through the route, and submit every installation correctly through the smartphone field app.
At a 90–95% completion rate, the currently assigned territory represents approximately $8,400-$8,900 in available installation work.
Productive installers can typically earn:
$2,400-$2,900+ PER WEEK
Paid weekly by direct deposit for the prior week's approved installations.
COMPLETION BONUS
A PROJECT COMPLETION BONUS is also available for the installer who successfully works the assigned territory through completion.
Completion bonus details and qualification requirements will be discussed during training.
THE ROUTE
The route is already mapped and organized geographically.
We are specifically looking for an installer based around:
GRAY / PORTLAND / SOUTHERN MAINE
because this provides a strong home base for the majority of the territory and minimizes unnecessary driving, hotels, and backtracking.
The route begins in the denser Southern Maine portion of the territory and progresses outward geographically.
The objective is to FINISH AREAS AS YOU MOVE THROUGH THEM rather than repeatedly sending you back to locations already worked.
Most of the assignment can be worked effectively from a Southern Maine home base.
Some portions of the deployment may eventually extend farther from the home territory. When Field Forge Group requires an overnight hotel stay to complete an assigned section of the route, the hotel is paid separately by Field Forge Group.
Required hotel lodging is NOT deducted from your installation pay.
THE WORK
• Follow an assigned mapped route
• Call customers before arrival
• Perform a simple IoT equipment installation
• Photograph and document each installation in our field app
• Manage assigned equipment and inventory
• Work independently
• Complete full field days
• Move efficiently through the assigned territory
You are NOT selling anything.
You do NOT collect money from customers.
DOCUMENTATION MATTERS
The physical installation is simple.
The documentation is what gets the work approved and paid.
Every work order requires specific photos and information through the app. Missing or incorrect documentation can prevent an installation from being approved, and unapproved installations are not payable.
REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Smartphone with reliable cellular data
• Cordless drill/driver
• Small flat-head screwdriver
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to drive and work a full field day
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• OPEN AVAILABILITY for the next 3–4 weeks
• Able to train SUNDAY
• Able to begin the route MONDAY
You use your own vehicle and are responsible for your normal fuel and vehicle expenses.
If Field Forge Group requires overnight lodging because of the assigned route, the hotel is paid separately by Field Forge Group.
