We're a fast-growing, professional car wash company building America's Smartest Car Wash. With two Florida locations already open and plans to bring approximately 15–20 stores to Florida, we're building a team of people who want more than just a job.
This is an opportunity to get in early, learn the business, and grow with a company that's expanding.
No car wash experience? No problem. We'll teach you the business.

💰 PAY, COMMISSION & BENEFITS
$15/HOUR BASE PAY + COMMISSION
Your earnings can grow with your performance.

Biannual Appraisals
$7 commission per membership sale once you reach 25% membership conversion
Most Team Members earn $18–$22/hour

🧼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an AquaSonic Team Member, you'll help create a great experience for every customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude
Welcoming customers and helping them choose the right wash
Safely guiding vehicles into the car wash tunnel
Talking with customers about our Unlimited Wash Club memberships
Selling memberships and earning commission
Providing friendly, helpful customer service
Keeping the property, lobby, vacuums, and tunnel clean
Working with your team to keep the operation safe and efficient
Following safety procedures and operating standards
Staying active, engaged, and productive throughout your shift
No spectators. Everyone contributes.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are:

Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
Motivated to earn additional money through commission
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Available to work weekends
Previous car wash experience is NOT required.
Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, customer service, automotive, grocery, fitness, or other customer-facing jobs can be helpful, but it isn't required.
We'll provide the training. You bring the attitude.
☀️ IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN ACTIVE, OUTDOOR JOB
This is not a desk job. Team Members spend much of their shift standing, moving around the property, assisting customers, and working outdoors.
You must be able to:
Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
Stand for 4–5 hours without needing a break
Lift up to 50 pounds
Work outdoors in Florida heat, rain, cold, and changing weather conditions
Work safely around moving vehicles and equipment
Stay active and engaged throughout your shift
