Estrella Mountain Ranch feels more like Resort style living. The bedrooms are unfurnished but may consider helping with the Furnishing of one room. There will only be the two of us and my 11 lb poodle that loves everyone! Please read the entire ad before calling or texting. You will have your own bathroom. Limited storage but some room in the garage. The community is absolutely beautiful with an abundance of recreation. Enjoy tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball and kayaking around the Lake. We also have many hiking trails, three swimming pools, two clubhouses with large workout facilities, a beautiful place to dine or picnic on the lake and three swimming pools to choose from. We offer restaurants, a grocery store and much more, less than 2 minutes away. The large kitchen has soft-close cabinets, huge Granite Island, pantry, your own refrigerator, reverse osmosis for Quality drinking water and soft water system. I am looking for long-term only on a month to month contract. I am looking for drama free, good temperament and someone willing to help out. You must have an established job, live in the area and pass a background check and be a mature and responsible person. No smoking in the house, no drugs of any type or heavy drinking.
