Assistance with rental property management, record keeping, bank deposits, advertising, writing leases, filing court paperwork when necessary. Light cleaning, accompanying owner when needed for meetings, accompanying owner on maintenance calls, Assisting in potential invest decisions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. No experience necessary, prefer to train someone open to learning how to do things the right way. Exciting opportunity to learn multiple valuable skills, never boring but not overly hectic. Starting pay: $18/hour, 25 to 30 hours a week minimum. Gas reimbursement for any driving outside of normal drive to and from work.
