It's a basement in a nice area with 0.34 acres, within 10 mins from many things. It's across the street from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
Looking for someone who sleeps at nite and not in and out walking around the property in middle of the nite.
Also, no smoking of any kind.
I prefer an elderly person who's past the dating hang out and loud on phone activities.
