A bike path behind our house heads directly into Golden, and it's only a 12 min walk to the train station. Centrally located to Denver, Boulder, or Littleton and I-70 is right around the corner if you're heading up into the mountains. As for the neighborhood, it's a mix between older couples who have been here for a while and younger families with kids. Everyone is really nice and generally outdoorsy and active (the Apex trailhead and Shelton Elementary are around the block). Rent is $1800 for single occupancy and $2000 for double occupancy plus utilities. One parking space is available in front of the house. We are a respectful and easy-going professional couple in our early 40's with a school age child. We enjoy rock climbing, running and skiing. We are seeking someone who is quiet and respectful and who can expect the same from us. Sorry but no pets allowed and no smoking.
