$65,000–$130,000+ Earning Potential - Based on Experience
Core Technician Duties
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Handle challenging repairs and assist other technicians when needed
Perform quality-control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
Experienced Master or Lead Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience or the desire to step into a leadership position
Dependable, professional and team-oriented
Ford experience is a plus, but not required- We work on all Makes and Models
Diagnostic experience is a must
$65,000–$130,000+ Earning Potential- Based on experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 Year Automotive Technician Experience
Valid Driver's License
Basic Tools
Team Player with a Positive Attitude
Strong Mechanical Skills
Diagnostic & Electrical Experience a Plus
