For sale is a pair of mid-century brass and copper hotel chafing stands. They are commercial quality and hold full sized hotel pans. Measurements are about 10.25" high x 24.25" long x 13" wide. The one with the copper base pan (shown in the last photo) weighs about 27 pounds all in. The frames are heavy gauge solid brass; the end pieces are 7/16” thick and the other brass components are 1/8” thick. Everything is bolted or riveted, these are very well made chafing stands. The handles are solid rosewood. One comes with its original copper base pan (the other is shown with the hotel pan). Both have flat brass top pieces with double cutouts for inserts. The square lids are tinned copper with wood knobs. There are two hotel pans included, one is divided and un-marked, the other is a 7.5 quart capacity Bloomfield Industries MGST-2000. The stands have cutouts for Sterno cans but there are no holders/covers for the Sterno cans. These will need to be restored to return them to their former glory. They are structurally sound and solid. They need a serious polish. One of the flat brass covers is missing the brass bar lid stop pieces.
