Tenants have access to the community swimming pool and fitness center and there is a golf cart available with the rental fee negotiable. The backyard is fenced and dogs are allowed, though there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $500 refundable security deposit. Beau Coast also has a community dock on Taylor's Creek, the Beaufort waterfront, and offers great kayaking or paddle-boarding and nearby boat ramps for launching your boat. The townhouse is three floors, with the third floor having two of the three bedrooms and two of the 3.5 baths. There is a balcony overlooking the lake off of the primary bedroom. The second floor is the main living area with the gourmet kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a balcony overlooking the lake on this floor as well. The first floor has the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and access to the fenced backyard and patio right on the lake. Kayaking on the lake is allowed. There are two kayaks that are available, included in the rental of the unit. It is 2 miles to the heart of the Beaufort waterfront, easily accessed on a bike, the gold cart, or a car. Beaufort has lots of great restaurants and shops and there are always festivals and other activities in this great little town.
