Hi, I'm a homeowner in Gloucester, MA looking to add a small kitchenette to my already-renovated basement. I need a licensed plumber and/or licensed contractor (or a team with both) who can pull the permits and do the work start to finish.
The project:
Build a small kitchenette with a sink in a finished basement
Run water supply and drain for the sink. Since the basement is below the main drain line, I've been told it will likely need a pump. Open to your recommendation on the best setup.
Carpentry as needed to build out the space
Requirements:
Massachusetts licensed plumber (for the plumbing permit)
Licensed/registered for the construction side (MA Construction Supervisor License and/or Home Improvement Contractor registration)
Able to pull all permits with the City of Gloucester
Insured
