The Sinclair at Port Washington is seeking professional, dedicated, and personable Dining Servers to join our team in an upscale dining environment. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our residents and guests and are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
We have immediate openings for both Part-Time (PT) and Full-Time (FT) positions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour.
Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for monthly perfect attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, high-quality table service in a refined dining atmosphere.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Engage professionally with residents, guests, and team members.
Requirements:
Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
