We are a high-end custom home builder. Our jobs are within 1 hour of the office in Wyndmoor, PA.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our high-end residential construction team. In this role, you will support skilled tradespeople and project managers on-site, ensuring that the job site remains clean, organized, and safe while helping to execute tasks with precision and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to grow within the high-end residential construction industry.
Key Responsibilities include: assisting carpenters; load, unload and organize materials, tools and equipment on-site; maintain cleanliness and safety of the job site, including debris removal and sweeping; perform basic construction tasks such as demolition, framing support, site prep and digging; follow instructions from team members and supervisors with precision and efficiency; operate hand and power tools under supervision; help protect finished surfaces and high-end materials during ongoing construction; support the setup and breakdown of temporary structures (scaffolding, safety barriers, etc.); adhere to company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and needs.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 3-5 years' experience in residential construction preferred (high-end experience a plus); ability to take direction and work collaboratively with a team; strong work ethic and willingness to learn; physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, kneel, or climb for extended periods; reliable transportation to job sites; punctual and dependable with a professional attitude; must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
Work Environment: outdoor and indoor job sites, depending on project phase; exposure to weather, dust, and construction noise; fast-paces environment with high expectations for quality and professionalism.
