CTS Management is currently seeking dependable, professional drivers to transport essential personnel to and from work for local nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering steady, long-term work with consistent scheduling.
This Position Is:
✔️Not rideshare
✔️Not taxi work
✔️No public passengers
✔️No handling payments
This is private-route transportation only.
Compensation Details:
$600 Weekly Guaranteed (Mon - Sun)
$400 Weekdays Guaranteed (Mon - Fri)
$200 Weekends Guaranteed (Sat - Sun)
Paid Wednesday via direct deposit
Required Shift Availability:
Monday - Friday Required
Saturday - Sunday Required
All drivers must be available for the following shift windows:
●Morning Route: 5:40 AM – 7 AM
●Afternoon Route: 1:40 PM – 3 PM
●Evening Route: 9:40 PM – 11 PM
Availability for all three shift windows is required.

Driver Requirements
●Must own a reliable vehicle / smoke free
Vehicle must seat 4+ passengers (6+ preferred)
●Full-coverage auto insurance required (commercial policy is a plus)
●Must live locally (10–20 minutes from service area)
●Smartphone required
●Able to download dispatch app
●Strong communication skills
●Professional, dependable, detail-oriented
●Must be available all listed shifts (Required)
●Minimum 1-year commitment required
