Here's How the Service Works:
There is no service fee. Instead, I ask for permission to lawfully occupy the property for a minimum of one month under a written agreement with the owner. My presence helps keep the property occupied, reducing the risk of trespassers, squatters, vandalism, and theft. Instead of charging you a fee, I become a responsible, lawful “watch dog” on your property. The idea is simple. I get a place to stay and you receive protection from squatters on your property. This is a win, win for both of us. An occupied property is one of the strongest deterrents against squatters, vandalism, theft, and trespassing. Vacant properties attract unwanted attention. An occupied property sends the opposite message, that someone is watching and someone is there.
