We are seeking a highly-motivated, driven individual(s) to share our vision and join our growing team of garage door experts. We are looking for individuals that pride themselves in providing outstanding customer service and isn't afraid to go the extra mile when it comes down to servicing all of our customer's garage door needs.
What you'll bring:
High level of integrity and work ethic while performing each job assignment
Exceptional customer service and professionalism to our customers and partners
Physically be able to lift minimum of 50+ lbs and be able to perform work on a ladder
Able to go and from a job site with their own vehicle and possess their own set of tools
Good working knowledge with a variety of tools and must be knowledgeable on how to use them properly
Attention to detail when checking daily work assignments and materials needed per job
High level of organization skills
Punctual and timeliness when arriving and leaving a job site
Must pass a background check
What you'll receive:
On site job training with our Master Technician on all aspects of garage door repair, servicing and installation
Great compensation plan based on experience and performance level
Paid job training while you learn add necessary skills
What we prefer:
Prior experience working as a garage door service technician or installer is a plus
Any working knowledge of general handyman or carpentry background is a plus
Previous sales experience in the home services industry is a plus
Compensation will be based on your skill level as a general technician and background experience. We are willing to pay above market price if you are the ideal candidate. No sales is required for this position but a professional work ethic and a customer service approach is MUST. As part of our servicing team member, you will be responsible to show up to the job site on-time and complete the job request in a timely-manner.
