About the Meetup
Figuring out the best kind of job for which you are a fit is the purpose. With the advent of A.I., it is important to learn more about what is happening in the job market. Jobs will be lost, many added. Today A.I. companies are hiring thousands of electricians and carpenters. At the same time, some companies are eliminating thousands of jobs.
We’ll talk about the current job market, job happiness, fulfillment, individual skills and interests, evaluating yourself, trade and government jobs, getting the job, networking, entrepreneurship, money management, job goals, learning by doing, important personal traits, critical thinking, good writing, health, and through good decisions, ending up at a good place.
The hour-long FREE session is an opportunity to help answer job questions.
Your Role
If you have an enthusiastic interest in attending this workshop and would like to tell others of the opportunity, respond now. You would talk with students one-on-one and groups and provide them with information on the specifics of attending. The greater number you contact, the more will attend.
The position is preferably based at Glendale Community College and you should be enrolled there or be on campus daily. The workshop/discussion is scheduled to be held at a nearby location.
