This job is for operating and or set up of Mills with 4 axis function . We do production Aerospace work and most Mill work is hole drilling , reaming , cutting of notches etc . The candidate must be able to :
-Work day shift or early evening
- Candidate must have at least 3 years recent experience
- Read work instructions
- Use measuring tools such as gage pins , height gages, micrometers etc.
- Use existing programs to setup machine along with 4th axis 5c indexer to drill holes, and machine slots. Creating programs will be a plus.
-Aerospace hydraulic parts consisting of mainly cross holes and slots. Complex milling is a plus.
-The ideal candidate will be able to make new programs and fixtures when needed.
- Be able to write a tag in the event of a non conforming part as well as other documented functions
- Be dedicated to keeping tractability
- MOSTLY NEWER HAAS MACHINES
- Work well with others
- Very Decent pay offered Health insurance , dental , 401K etc. Starting is $35 hr (UP TO $45) and higher depending on experience . Overtime is worked and Hours are flexible.
