We’re looking for a dependable prep cook to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll prepare ingredients, follow recipes and food safety procedures, keep your station clean, and support the kitchen team during service.
What you’ll do
Wash, peel, chop, portion, and store ingredients
Follow recipes and prep lists
Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean
Label and rotate food using FIFO practices
Help cooks and dish staff as needed
What we’re looking for
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow directions
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen supplies
Must have a sense of urgency
Must speaking English and Spanish
