Let me tell you about the mates:
I'm 38 years old, single, have 1 very friendly dog named Rousey and am a hearing aid specialist by day and real estate agent by night. Originally from LA, I'm a UofA Wildcat and got my MBA in Finance from GCU. In high school you would have considered me the class clown. I'm easy to get along with, somewhat intelligent, and can hold a conversation quite well. 420 friendly.
The next roommate is Corey. She's 39, teaches high school PE, and has a Boston terrier named Sky. Originally from Philadelphia she’s a die-hard Eagles fan. She stays busy and has an active lifestyle, wakes up early, does cool shit like golfing, takes road trips to California with her dog, and knows how to hang.
The other roommate is Scott. Scott is 47. Very intelligent dude, former body builder and maintains a structured lifestyle. Easy to talk to and very respectful. Scott runs his own business as a vehicle transporter, so he is usually out of town 2-3 weeks a month transporting cars across the country.
Ok, so where were we? Oh yes.. the rent is $850 and includes all utilities and common household supplies (paper towels, tp, cleaning supplies, etc). The term is month to month with a $450 security deposit. We are ideally looking for someone who does not work from home and can help maintain a clean environment.
