I’m a professional ceramic artist who’s rented this space for 6 years, and been a tenant in the building for over 10 years. The available studio is an enclosed space in a warehouse-type setting, with a rented upstairs studio (tenant isn’t there very often). 24 hour building access by locked keypad entry doors, and free onsite parking. The space you’re renting from me will be cordoned off by tall shelving and curtains (not pictured), so you can make it feel like your own.
If you’re also a ceramic artist or sculptor, that would be great, but I’m open to any type of artist using nontoxic materials. Kiln space is available to rent from me if you’re a ceramic artist.
Furniture included: 2-3 tables, chair, some shelving as needed.
Lease terms: 6 months, can be extended
Size: ~200 square feet + extra closet storage space with shelving.
Cost: $500/mo + $300 refundable deposit
Application required (by the art studio management) + fee
Light background check (by the art studio management)
