I have a room to rent in the 2 bed 1 bath apartment I rent. Fully fenced in back yard. Right on the river on w. Clackamas blvd. House is already furnished, and set up. Split bills includes rent, internet and power. Water and garbage is paid from the rental company. I do have a german shepherd so if dogs aren't your thing wont be a good fit.
