Help needed for elderly dog. (Gladstone)

My friend of 15 years is being eaten alive by fleas.
I need some help with a project to create a safe place for my pup to be outside. I have already spent a small fortune on fences and flea suppression supplies. Because of his health, I am doing everything I can do to keep him comfortable in his final season.
My project is to build a smaller fence to create a clean quarantine area after he has his bath.
I have all of the supplies, but I do not have the height or strength to set the fencing and posts up. This project will take maximum two hours.
This effort will give him comfort in his final season. He is blind and deaf. He is on medicine for pain. If anyone has some time to spare and could help me secure these posts, I would be incredibly grateful.
