Project Manager ($55- $70)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of residential construction from planning to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project scopes
• Coordinate and communicate with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents
• Lead and motivate teams, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
✔ Extensive experience in all aspects of construction (from the ground up)
✔ Custom single-family home construction experience (an asset but not required)
✔ Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency in blueprint reading and project planning
✔ Ability to deliver high-quality work in a clean and organized manner
✔ Ticketed (an asset but not required)
✔ Vehicle required
Site Supervisor ($50- $65) Pending experience
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction on-site, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Coordinate and manage concrete, framing, and finishing work
• Lead and supervise crews, ensuring safety and productivity
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Schedule and manage subcontractors and material deliveries
• Ensure work is completed to high standards in a clean and organized manner
• Assist with project scheduling and adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
✔ Extensive experience in construction (all aspects from the ground up)
✔ Custom single-family home construction experience (an asset but not required)
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Ability to coordinate subcontractors and work crews
✔ Proficiency in blueprint reading
✔ Understanding of scopes of work, contracts, and scheduling
✔ Ticketed (an asset but not required)
✔ Vehicle required
Project Coordinator ($35- $47) Pending experience
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and communicate with staff, subcontractors and suppliers
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents
• Oversee all aspects of residential construction from planning to completion
• Supporting budgets, schedules and project scopes
•. Safety management and WCB NOP (collaborate with key managers) and manage experience requirements and new training.
• Ordering and takeoff's
• Creating and sending out Purchase Orders, scopes of works and contracts
• Creating custom excel and word docs
Requirements:
✔ Extensive experience in (Excel , Word , Spreadsheets)
✔ Strong organizational skills
✔ Ability to deliver high-quality work in a clean and organized manner
✔ Some experience in all aspects of construction (from the ground up)
✔ Creating and managing budgets
✔ Proficiency in blueprint reading an asset but not required)
✔ Vehicle an asset but not required
