Responsibilities
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Cabinet installation, repairs, and adjustments
• Minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups
• Drywall repairs and patching
• General carpentry and construction work
• Door, hardware, and fixture repairs
• General property maintenance and preventative maintenance
• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Assist with other maintenance and construction projects as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, construction, or a related field
• Strong hands-on skills and ability to perform a variety of repairs
• Experience with flooring, cabinets, painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
