City Wide Property Services is seeking a Porter to join our growing team in Austin, TX.
Schedules:
-Option 1 (28.5 hours per week)-
Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 8AM-4pm
Thursday: 8AM-2pm
52.2 miles of travel per week using a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
-Option 2 (18 hours per week)-
Monday & Sunday: 8AM-4pm
Tuesday: 8AM-2pm
34.8 miles of travel per week using a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Pay:
$16.90-$18.90 + Mileage Reimbursement
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license
Must maintain valid auto insurance
Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position.
Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed.
Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.).
Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.
Responsibilities:
This schedule is ALL outdoor porter/janitorial work. ******
Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
Windowsill cleaning
De-webbing of building and doorways
Assisting in light maintenance work
Sanitizing
Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
