Budget: Up to $1400/month. Parking required.
Type: Prefer a shared house situation, but also open to house sitting.
Move-in Date: Flexible from around August 22.
Time period: Also flexible! 2 weeks to 3 months. I am open to a longer period if that’s an option.
Raised in the Bay Area, and just returned from 22 years away in Melbourne, Australia. Homeowner since 2008, so I lack direct local rental history references, but I have mates! I am a professional librarian and DJ, and have worked in software development and implementation most of my career. I have run my own businesses providing Cleaning and housekeeping, and Dog/Pet care.
I plan to be out applying for jobs, touring SF, hiking, and networking for a few weeks/months before seeking long term accommodation. I have interests in healthy eating, fitness, sports, film, classic cars, coffee, dance music and hip hop.
I am a reliable, respectful, and clean introvert but I am also happy to chat. I respect schedules, quiet hours, and clear communication. Non-smoker.
