TITLE: Cabinet Maker — Inset & Custom Millwork Shop (Passaic)
COMPENSATION: $30+/hr DOE, more for CNC

We build high-end custom kitchens, built-ins, and architectural millwork for designers and contractors across Bergen, Morris, Essex, and Passaic. Small shop, real work, no production line.
We need one experienced cabinet maker at the bench.
The work
Inset and overlay cabinetry, face frame and frameless, built start to finish. Solid wood and sheet goods. Building from shop drawings and cut lists. Doors, drawers, face frames, hardware — square, tight, consistent reveals. Occasional install support, but this is a shop job, not an install job.
What you need
Five years or more building cabinets in a shop, not just installing them. Solid on table saw, panel saw, jointer, planer, shaper/router, edgebander, hardware boring machine. You know why inset is harder than overlay, and you can hit it every time. You show up, every day, on time. Legal to work in the US.
Big plus, not required
CNC operation and programming — we pay more for it. Finishing experience. Driver's license and your own hand tools.
What we offer
$30+/hr based on experience, more for CNC. Paid weekly. Full-time, year-round, steady work — we are not seasonal. Performance bonus tied to quality and on-time delivery. Clean, organized shop with maintained equipment.
