Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

We are hiring Production Team Members for a busy production facility in Gardena, CA.
This is a hands-on, cross-trained position. Employees may work in Embroidery, Heat Press, Patch, Packing, or Shipping/Finishing depending on daily production needs.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Operating embroidery and heat press equipment
• Preparing garments by hooping, threading, trimming, gluing, and finishing
• Accurately placing and applying designs to garments
• Packing, folding, bagging, labeling, and preparing finished products
• Counting and unpacking incoming merchandise
• Assisting with patch and shipping/finishing operations
• Inspecting completed products for quality and accuracy
• Following work orders and production instructions
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized
• Following all workplace safety procedures
• Working with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Embroidery or sewing experience preferred
• Heat press experience preferred
• Able to read and understand work orders in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willing to cross-train and work in different departments
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift boxes and bags weighing up to 40 lbs
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team
