RallyTowels.com is an established, high-volume towel manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Screen Printing Machine Operator to join our production team in Gardena, California.
About the Position
Approximately 90% of our production consists of simple, single-color screen printing on small towels. Our printing process is straightforward, repetitive, and designed for efficient, high-volume production.
We are looking for someone with experience operating a basic automatic screen printing machine. Advanced multicolor printing experience is not necessary.
Job Requirements
Previous experience operating an automatic screen printing machine is required.
Ability to handle simple, single-color printing jobs efficiently.
Basic knowledge of screen setups, ink application, and production procedures.
Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to maintain a consistent production pace.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Location: Gardena, California
