This was my truck. I ran it for my hazardous waste business, which I’ve since closed, and I was the only driver. It’s been parked about 6 months.
It starts and runs. Precision Diesel ran a full pre-purchase inspection on 10/15 and the SCR efficiency test passed.
Worth noting on the hours: 644,596 miles against 23,784 hours works out to roughly 27 mph average over the truck’s life. That’s highway running, not sitting and idling.
SOLD AS-IS. Here’s what the inspection found and what I’m not fixing:
Blown tire, left 3rd axle outer
Air leak at 3rd axle air bag fitting
Active oil leak, source not yet diagnosed
Wiper blades and washer pump inoperable
Missing fire extinguisher and 3rd axle mud flap
Drive tire tread 9/32 to 15/32, steer at 23/32

Not currently registered or insured, so no road test. I’ll start it and run it in the yard.
