Garage space needed - Just one side (Garden Grove)

Looking to rent part of your garage. Need enough room for a 6 foot table and underneath.
I trap cats, get them fixed, and return them to where I found them. I live in an apartment and am no long able to use my patio for their recovery.

A place is needed for the cats to stay before and after the appointment.
Pee pads will be changed out each day and cats are fed in the morning 8-10am and at night 8-10pm.

Please let me know if you have a garage or an area on the side of your house that is covered from the sun and rain.
