Total Home of Florida is a residential remodeling company handling full kitchen and bath renovations — cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, trim, drywall, and more. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working part-time helper to support our installation crew across all aspects of the job at an assistant level. This is a great fit for a student or anyone looking to get hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling trades.
What You’ll Do:
Move, load, unload, and stage materials at the shop and on jobsites (material handling)
Assist with demolition — removing old cabinets, flooring, and fixtures, and hauling out debris
Assist installers with cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring (LVP and wood), trim, drywall, and paint
Help assemble cabinets and prep materials for installation
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
Run small material and tool pickups and drop-offs as needed
Provide general labor and an extra set of hands wherever the crew needs it
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
Able to follow directions and work well as part of a crew
Reliable transportation to the shop and jobsites
Knowledge of construction or remodeling is a plus — we will train the right person
Comfortable with basic hand tools a plus

Pay & Schedule:
