Trummer’s Coffee & Wine Bar is a growing European café concept inspired by the charming cafés of Austria and Italy. Founded by Stefan and Victoria Trummer, owners of the acclaimed Trummer’s Restaurant in Clifton, our Gainesville location celebrated its 11th anniversary this summer, and we’re excited to be opening a new location in Fairfax in 2026!
Our all-day café offers Austrian and European-inspired food in a welcoming, casual atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Cook to join our team and help us deliver great food and memorable experiences to our guests.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute our full café menu, including salads, appetizers, fries, breakfast dishes, and select baked goods.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
Work with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude during busy shifts.
Complete prep work and leave the kitchen ready for the next cook at the end of each shift.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain consistent food quality and smooth kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For
At least one year of professional cooking experience.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation.
