Sweetwater on 16th is seeking an experienced, energetic, and outgoing Leasing Professional to join our team. We are looking for a true people person who enjoys meeting prospective residents, building relationships, and turning leads into leases.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated by results and can play an important role in helping us increase occupancy and lease up the property.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries
Conduct property and apartment tours
Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into leases
Assist prospective residents throughout the application and move-in process
Maintain accurate prospect and leasing information in Yardi
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
Work closely with property management to achieve occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
Previous apartment/property management or leasing experience is required
Yardi experience required
Strong sales, leasing, and customer service skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward leasing goals
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to start immediately is strongly preferred
