Labor Needed with Roof & Ladder Experience - GREAT pay

We're looking for people with experience working on roofs and ladders. Roofing, siding, gutters, framing, and other construction trades are all welcome.
No Christmas light installation experience is necessary. We provide training on our installation methods and materials. We're primarily looking for people who already have experience working safely and efficiently at heights.
Details:
-Seasonal work from November 1 through December 15. Additional work in January needed as well.
-Residential and commercial installations
-Free Training provided
-Tools & Ladders provided
-Must be comfortable working on roofs and ladders
-Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work outdoors
This is a good opportunity for tradesmen looking to pick up additional work during the late fall and early winter.
This is a temporary position only.

Pay: $300/day
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: Early starts; finished when day's jobs are done
Location: All over Northern VA. We are based out of Gainesville, but some jobs are closer to DC. Most jobs are scheduled within the same area to avoid too much driving.
Employees must attend a mandatory training and demonstrate ability to set and climb a ladder and walk on shingle roofs
