We are a fast-paced, high volume breakfast an lunch restaurant looking for someone with strong kitchen experience, a great work ethic, and the ability to take initiative and think creatively.
The right person is a self-starter who can jump on the line when needed, work efficiently under pressure, and also contribute to the kitchen through creating daily specials and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has solid breakfast and lunch cooking experience
2. Thrives in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
3. Is dependable, organized and takes initiative.
4. can work independently and as part of a team
5. Has the creativity and confidence to develop specials and new dishes.
6. Takes pride in food quality, consistency and presentation.
