Sweetwater on 16th is seeking an experienced, dependable, and EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional with a strong background in apartment maintenance who takes pride in quality workmanship and providing excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification Required)
Perform plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance
Complete apartment turns and rent-ready repairs efficiently
Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform preventive maintenance throughout the community
Assist with appliance repairs, painting, drywall, carpentry, and miscellaneous repairs
Participate in the on-call emergency rotation
Qualifications:
Current EPA Certification (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience
Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
