The ideal candidate knows how to:
Create and place effective apartment advertisements
Generate qualified leasing traffic
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
Conduct property tours and confidently close leases
Monitor advertising results and pivot quickly when a strategy is not working
Maintain accurate prospect and leasing records
Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
Work independently, stay organized, and meet leasing goals
Prior apartment leasing experience is required. We are looking for someone proactive, competitive, dependable, and motivated by results.
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Weekend availability is required.
Start Date: Immediate
Interviews will be held this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, September 17th - 19th.
