Hi! I’m looking for a new place to call home in San Francisco and hoping Craigslist might connect me with something a little more interesting than the usual apartment hunt.
I’m a friendly, responsible working professional who genuinely loves San Francisco. I work locally, have reliable income and excellent references, and I’m looking for a place where I can settle in and feel at home.
I’m hoping to find a studio, in-law, ADU, private suite, or another living situation that offers a good amount of privacy. I’m open to sharing some space if the setup feels comfortable and I still have a private space of my own. I would prefer to have my own bathroom.
My budget is up to $2,400 a month, plus or minus. I especially love Haight-Ashbury, Cole Valley, the Inner Sunset, Richmond, NoPa/Panhandle and areas around Golden Gate Park, but I’m definitely open to other parts of the city for the right place.
A little about me: I’m social and easygoing, but I also really appreciate having a peaceful home to come back to. I love exploring San Francisco, live music, being outdoors, and all the weird and wonderful things that make this city what it is. I’m respectful of other people’s space, take care of where I live, and get along well with all kinds of people.
I’m not looking for perfection or a cookie-cutter apartment. I’d much rather find a comfortable space and a good situation.
