Hello there! My name is Chris (38 y/o) and I am looking for a room to rent in the LA area!

I have a small 13-year-old dog that will be joining me! He is quiet (can't hear and doesn't bark, potty trained, sweet, and just sleeps in my room all day) I am open to pet fees, deposits, etc.

I work full time as a designer and would love to find a chill roommate situation. I am clean, respectable, dependable, and friendly.
