High-end SOLID WOOD frame, barely used and in excellent condition (it has been in storage for about a decade between moves). Really cool armrest compartments, and another great storage detail: book/magazine racks on both sides.

This folds down to queen size.

We purchased a Dr. Futon Japanese floor futon to get it set-up/presentable at the end of 2025. Also has a new 100% cotton washed Colton futon cover and non-slip mat (spent ~$250 on all three).
